As an exporter, we do not have a standard refund policy. However, in the interest of maintaining good business relations, we offer a compensation policy for mechanical or structural issues with vehicles that we export to you.
 
If you encounter any mechanical problems within 14 days of the vehicle’s arrival, please send us the repair invoice from a reputable mechanic in your area. We will review the details and, to the best of our ability, compensate a portion of the repair costs.
 
In the case of structural damages, kindly provide detailed photos and videos of the damages. We also request that you take the vehicle to a nearby repair shop and send us the invoice for repairs. Our team will assess the situation and aim to compensate the maximum amount possible for your repair expenses.
