Vehicle Purchase & Payment:

All vehicles are sold through online auction based on the auction terms displayed on the platform. The winning bidder is responsible for paying the final bid amount, applicable fees, taxes, and other charges within the specified payment period. Payments are subject to verification and approval by the auction house/payment provider.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a bid has been accepted and the vehicle is awarded to the winning bidder, the transaction is considered binding and cannot be cancelled except at the sole discretion of the auction house or where required by applicable law. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of any applicable deposit and/or suspension of the bidder’s account.

Return Policy:

Vehicles purchased through the auction are generally non-returnable after collection or delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle, reviewing its description and available documentation, and satisfying themselves regarding its condition before placing a bid, subject to any inspection or auction-specific rights expressly provided by the auction house.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, including where the auction house cancels a transaction, is unable to deliver the vehicle, or where a refund is otherwise required under applicable law. Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method, and processing times may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Vehicle Delivery:

The auction house may provide domestic and international vehicle delivery/shipping options, subject to availability, destination, carrier restrictions, and applicable laws. Delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes, registration charges, storage fees, and other destination-related costs may be payable by the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery Delays & Collection:

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and may be affected by customs clearance, transportation delays, weather, documentation requirements, or circumstances beyond the auction house’s control. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and collecting the vehicle within the applicable collection period. Additional storage or handling charges may apply for delayed collection.

Data Privacy & Transaction Security:

Personal, identification, payment, and transaction information may be collected and processed for bidding, payment processing, vehicle delivery, fraud prevention, customer support, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes. The auction house will process such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at Payment information may also be processed by authorized payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
